From Liverpool in England, David has an academic background in political philosophy, and holds a doctorate which focuses on citizenship education. He has many years of experience as an advocate for Christian public policy issues and religious freedom - nationally and internationally. He writes and comments across a wide range of media, and speaks at conferences, forums, and in churches, and has lectured in universities and numerous parliaments across the world, including the European Union, African Union and the White House.

David is passionate about equipping Christians for leading kingdom transformation in the workplace and public life – to see a cultural reformation.

Now based in Texas, he is happily married to Valeria, a Brazilian-American who makes the most incredible chili sauce. Sadly, he supports Everton Football Club.
